James Keenley
James has over 37 years of experience in the lighting industry. After earning his degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, James began his career as the Halo factory rep in Arizona calling on Lighting Showrooms, Lighting Specifiers and Electrical Distributors. He started his first successful agency in 1983 in Arizona where he was proud to represent several of the largest and finest companies in the lighting industry. Deciding to move to Southern California, James founded Innovative Lighting Sales in 2006 where the company has grown and prospered by focusing on the needs of our customers and manufacturers. His years of training and extensive experience in LED lighting, low voltage landscape, technical and decorative lighting design are just a few of the many dimensions that make ILS a leader in sales growth and client satisfaction. Cindy Clapp
Cindy brings a lifetime of lighting and design experience to the ILS team. Her first job was a designer for a nation wide chain of furniture stores. With a strong background in design and specification, she has spent the past 26 years gaining experience in all facets of the lighting industry. Cindy has worked as a builder specialist for wholesale lighting suppliers since the mid '90s. Her exceptional experience coupled with her Bachelor's Degree in Language Arts and a Juris Doctorate make her a great addition to our team, covering the Los Angeles and Central Coast territories.
Oren Meyers
Oren has 27 years' experience in the lighting industry. Growing up in his family's lighting business, he has learned every aspect from fabrication and repair to display, custom finishing, sales, and installation. Additionally, his background in the Audio/Video sales industry gives him a strong understanding of the commercial aspect of lighting control systems. He holds an NASM degree in sports medicine. Oren believes in integrity and providing the absolute best customer service is key to success.
Michael Schwartz
Michael has over 20 years experience in the lighting industry. Most recently as a sales manager with Luminosity he brings vast experience with LED product and long standing customer relations. With a proven sales track record we are excited to have his experience, enthusiasm and energy on our team. He works tirelessly for his customers to meet their needs and insure a positive and profitable experience.
Ryan Pierce
Ryan has over has over 9 years experience in the lighting industry. His experience includes working as a rep and with LED manufactuers. He brings vast experience with an excellence in commercial and residential lighting. Ryan's experienc, hard work and results oriented track record are a great addition to ILS.
Tanya Rose
Tanya has over 15 years experience in the lighting industry. Her experience includes working in showrooms and quotations and sales in multifamily and light commercial projects. Tanya's committment to service and professionalism is unsurpassed. Everyone loves working with Tanya and we are very pleased to have her experience and enthusiasm at ILS.
Gil Miller
Gil brings years of experience as the former owner of an Arizona lighting Distributor. Committed to success and service, his positive, friendly and helpful demeanor coupled with his experience and years of relationships in the Arizona market makes him a wonderful addition to ILS.
Kris Quackenbush
Kris has over 35 years as a lighting rep. Very experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of the lighting industry. Also a former chairman of ALA, Kris is highly respected and trusted in our industry and wonderful addition to the ILS team.
Jennifer Fischer
Jennifer has over 17 years experience in office management, project coordination and E-commerce experience. With her commitment to service and attention to detail Jennifer is a terrific addition to the ILS team.
Shannon Selof
Shannon has over 13 years in lighting, office management and customer service. Her positive attitude, commitment to customers and high level of experience is a great addition to ILS.
